All pool design, construction, renovation, and maintenance services are subject to a written quote and signed acceptance. Prices are indicative and subject to final site inspection and soil assessment. Lead times may vary based on council consent processing, material supply, and weather conditions.
Pool construction in New Zealand requires building consent from Auckland Council. We assist with consent applications, however the client is responsible for ensuring all consent conditions are met. Pool fencing must comply with the New Zealand Building Code clause F9 and the Fencing of Swimming Pools Act 1987.
We provide a 10-year structural warranty on all new pool construction work. Equipment warranties (pumps, heaters, automation) are provided by the respective manufacturers and passed through to the client.
All design drawings, 3D renders, and specifications created by Paradise Pool Creations remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Website content is owned by Paradise Pool Creations and protected by copyright.
