Refund Policy

Overview

This policy explains how Paradise Pool Creations handles refunds and disputes relating to pool design, construction, renovation, and maintenance services.

When a Refund May Be Considered

• Structural construction defects identified within our 10-year warranty period.
• Work materially different from the agreed written specification or quote.
• Equipment failure within the manufacturer’s warranty period due to faulty installation.
• A deposit paid for a project that we are subsequently unable to complete.
• Consumer rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Non-Refundable Situations

Deposits on custom-ordered materials, shells, or equipment already procured are non-refundable once ordered. Council consent fees paid on the client’s behalf are non-refundable. Design fees for completed concept work are non-refundable once delivered.

How to Raise a Dispute

Contact us promptly in writing with your name, project reference, and description of the issue. We aim to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
